Earle Brown did not make a realization of Octet II. However, his manuscript of Octet II is in the collection of the Paul Sacher Music Foundation Basel. Volker Straebel and Folkmar Hein created a realization for the Maerz Musik Festival fuer aktuelle Musik Berlin March 28, 2009.
